Are you a licensed business?
Yes! We are a U.S.-based licensed merchant operating under Mash’s Venture LLC. Blush & Drape is our international brand, while Mash’s Club is our U.S. domestic brand. Both are dedicated to delivering quality, style, and confidence in every product we offer.
Is your website secure?
Yes, absolutely. Our website is powered by WooCommerce, which uses SSL encryptio we n and secure payment gateways to protect your personal and payment information. You can shop safely knowing that all transactions on Blush & Drape are encrypted and private.
How long does delivery take?
Orders take up to 24 hours to process and ship, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Purchases made after 11 AM (PST) will be shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed after 11 AM on Friday will usually be shipped the following Monday.
How do I pay online? How does it work?
You can pay online by choosing the Online Payment option at checkout.
We currently accept:
- bKash
- Nagad
- Bank Transfer (please provide a screenshot of your payment as proof)
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we do! You can select Cash on Delivery while checking out.
- Available inside Dhaka.
- For orders outside Dhaka, shipping charges must be paid in advance.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Inside Dhaka: BDT 70
- Outside Dhaka: BDT 120
- Same Day Express Delivery (Inside Dhaka): BDT 150 (For same day express delivery you have to place an order before 11:30 AM. Otherwise after 11:30 AM the order will be marked as next day same express day delivery.)
How do I track my order?
After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking number.
You can also contact us directly for updates — just send us your order information and name, and our team will gladly help you track your package.
Are there any benefits to registering or signing in?
Yes! By registering, you can:

- Receive exclusive notifications, updates, and offers.
Can I edit my personal information?
Yes. Simply log in to your account and go to the “My Account” section to update your personal information.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Does Blush & Drape sell authentic products?
Yes – all products sold at Blush & Drape are 100% authentic.
We import directly from official stores and authorized distributors.

Can men use your skincare products?
Absolutely! Our skincare products are not gender-specific — the ingredients and formulas are suitable for all skin types, ages, and ethnicities. Everyone deserves great skin!
Can I change or cancel my order?
We do our best to accommodate change or cancellation requests, but it’s not guaranteed.
If you contact us before your order is shipped, there’s a higher chance we can update or cancel it.
Please note:
If you paid via bKash, Nagad, any transaction charges will be deducted from your refund.
What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
Please try to contact us as soon as possible with your order information and name. If your order hasn’t been processed or handed over to the delivery carrier yet, we’ll gladly help update your address for you.
Can I order a product that’s not listed on your website?
It’s not always guaranteed, but we’ll do our best!
Send us a photo and details of the product you want. Our team will try to source it and provide an estimated price.

- A 50–80% advance payment is required depending on the product type and availability.
An item in my order was damaged during delivery — what should I do?

An item is missing from my package — what should I do?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Sometimes, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
Please make sure to:
- Check your parcel in front of the delivery person.
- Once the delivery agent leaves, no exchange or refund can be processed for missing items.
