Return Policy – BLUSH & DRAPE
Inspection at Delivery
→ Customers are required to check their product at the time of delivery. Any concerns about expired products, incorrect products, wrong size, or wrong color must be reported within 1 day of successful delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Eligibility
→ Product must be unused and in intact condition.
→ All price tags, brand tags, and packaging must remain attached and undamaged.
→ Without intact packaging/tags, the product will not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.
Claim Process
→ To initiate a claim, customers must provide:
- Order Number
- Product Name
- Picture/Video proof
- Reason for return
Claims can be submitted via email, WhatsApp, Instagram chat, or phone call.
Return Process
→ If the claim is valid, BLUSH & DRAPE will arrange courier pickup from the customer’s address at our expense.
→ If the claim is not valid, the customer must bear the two-way delivery charges.
Replacement
→ For valid claims, the correct product will be sent at no additional cost, and BLUSH & DRAPE will also cover the delivery charges.
